Third Party App Integrations
Istari Digital enables you to do more than securely upload, share, and interact with files. It also lets you connect external applications so you can link files from those services into the platform and run authenticated jobs against them — for example opening a Teamwork Cloud project, reading a Google Drive file, or querying a Windchill server.
Supported applications
Istari Digital supports integrations with the following applications:
- Teamwork Cloud — username & password, or OAuth2 / OIDC single sign-on
- Google Workspace — OAuth2 / OIDC single sign-on
- Windchill — username & password
- 3D Experience — username & password
- Microsoft 365 — OAuth2 / OIDC single sign-on

Setting up an integration
Organization administrators connect applications from the Admin hub > App Integrations. Each integration declares:
- An auth standard — OAuth2 / OIDC (a browser sign-in) or Basic (a username and password).
- One or more credentials — a shared service account that everyone in your organization can use, or a personal linked account that each user creates for themselves.
